By connecting your WhatsApp Business account, you authorize Neuraflai to act as a BSP (Business Solution Provider) under Meta's terms. Neuraflai does not store WhatsApp messages outside the infrastructure necessary for agent operation.

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@neuraflai.com. We will respond within 15 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes through our usual communication channels. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
